Rollo is a minor character in both The Saxon Stories novel series, and The Last Kingdom television series. He is Ragnar's second in command.

Season 2[]
Dunholm, Northumbria; Rollo joins Ragnar and Brida's army after being released from Winchester. After gathering an army, they lead an army of men to Dunholm. Brida and Ragnar take a group of men down the path. Brida and Ragnar lead their army to the front gate. They form a shield wall and ram the front gates until they gain access. Rollo is struck by a spear and killed soon after entering the fortress. And Ragnar kills the man responsible. ("Episode 2.4")
